How Do We Use Your Information?

When you sign in to our website, we ask you to provide personal information. Photographs.  Living Waters Ministries photographs some of the group activities in its charitable operations.  Individual persons may be depicted in these group photographs and these photographs may be used on our websites to depict our operations. Individual persons are not identified without prior permission.  Living Waters Ministries Inc, is not responsible, however, if unauthorized personal identification occurs.

Letters.  Living Waters Ministries maintains files of letters from individuals commenting on our operations or personnel.  The content of these letters may be used on our website.

How Do We Share Your Information?

Living Waters Ministries Inc. does not share your personal information with other institutions.  However, we may share your personal information if we have a good faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request, (b) enforce applicable Terms Of Service, including investigation of potential violations thereof, (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, or (d) protect against imminent harm to the rights, property or safety of Saddleback Church, its users or the public as required or permitted by law.

These steps may include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations.  Living Waters Ministries Inc, is not responsible, however, if unauthorized access to information occurs.
